📄 Agency Partner Agreement
LaunchpadOS Agency Partner Agreement
This agreement is between LaunchpadOS ("Platform") and the agency ("Partner") whose application has been approved.
1. Partner Obligations
The Partner agrees to onboard brands responsibly, ensure brand consent before creating accounts, and maintain professional conduct with clients. The Partner shall not misrepresent LaunchpadOS features or pricing.
2. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned per the rates set by LaunchpadOS and displayed above. Commissions are subject to review and payment within 30 days of approval. LaunchpadOS reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days notice.
3. White-Label Use
Partners may display their agency name and logo on the portal. "Powered by LaunchpadOS" branding must remain visible at all times. Partners may not represent the platform as their own proprietary software.
4. Data & Privacy
Partners must not access client data beyond what is necessary for account management. All client data belongs to the respective brand. Partners must comply with applicable privacy laws.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Partner's portal access will be revoked. Commission on existing accounts continues for 60 days post-termination.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
